Adviseur geluid Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland is op zoek naar een Adviseur geluid! - Fulltime - HBO Wat ga je doen? Je maakt deel uit van het team Geluid en Lucht van de afdeling Expertise. Dit team bestaat uit 12 adviseurs. Iedereen draagt bij aan de team-omvattende taken, maar heeft ook een eigen aandachtsgebied. Naast geluid en luchtkwaliteit houden onze adviseurs zich ook bezig met advisering bij geurproblematiek en doen zij ook trillingsmetingen. Binnen het team krijg je de kans om je talent in te zetten en te groeien in je werk. Daarom krijg je niet alleen in het vakgebied ondersteuning, maar ook in je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, wat natuurlijk wel gekoppeld is aan je eigen verantwoordelijkheid. - Je gaat akoestische onderzoeken beoordelen en uitvoeren. - Je maakt rekenmodellen in Geomilieu. Dit doe je voor diverse ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en technische vraagstukken voor installaties, bedrijvigheid en evenementen. - Je adviseert over geluidsnormen en andere akoestische aspecten van evenementen, vergunningen en bouw. - Je stelt ontheffingen op voor geluid van werkzaamheden. - Je voert ook buiten kantoortijden af en toe geluidsmetingen uit. - Je stelt afwegingen voor hogere waarden op. - Je helpt de gemeenten bij het vormgeven van hun Omgevingsplan. Hierbij weeg je bijvoorbeeld de mogelijkheden voor activiteiten en de woningbouwopgave goed af tegen de gezondheid van omwonenden. - Je gaat meedoen in projecten op het gebied van geluidsisolatie, zonebeheer industrielawaai en ons regionale verkeers- en milieumodel. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van milieukunde, (werktuig)bouwkunde, natuurkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B. - Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Je hebt goe...
