Je voert onderhandelingen, stelt overeenkomsten op en adviseert projectleiders en andere collega's over grondtransacties en grondzaken. Je hebt veel contact met inwoners, bedrijven en maatschappelijke organisaties. - Je bent inhoudelijk adviseur bij gebieds- en locatieontwikkelingen en neemt daarbij deel aan projectteams; - Je overlegt met externe partijen en interne stakeholders over grondtransacties (met name uitgiften), beoordeelt stukken, onderhandelt, stelt overeenkomsten op en bereidt de bestuurlijke besluitvorming voor. Daarbij zorg je steeds voor tijdige en adequate afstemming met collega's binnen en buiten het team; - Je denkt actief mee over grondbeleid en de inzet van grondinstrumenten, je draagt bij aan de professionele zichtbaarheid van het vakgebied in de organisatie en zet je in voor verbetering van werkprocessen. Binnen het team werken we steeds meer met deelportefeuilles, zoals Wonen, Economie, Sport en recreatie en Landelijk gebied.
