Gemeente Stichtse Vecht zoekt een Juridisch adviseur grondzaken voor 24-32 uur per week Als adviseur grondzaken ben je hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk voor: - Het voeren van onderhandelingen over grondruil, grondaan- en verkoop - Het begeleiden van taxaties - Juridisch contractvorming (koop, huur c.a.) - Adviseren over het plankostenverhaal - Onderhandelingen voeren over en het opstellen van voorovereenkomsten en anterieure overeenkomsten - Adviseren over juridische procedures - Als adviseur deelnemen aan projectteambijeenkomsten Bij gemeente Stichtse Vecht geldt een Bring your own Device. Eisen voor de opdracht Adviseur grondzaken - Je hebt HBO werk- en -denkniveau en een juridische achtergrond; - Je hebt tenminste vijf jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je hebt gevoel voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen; - Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden die je inzet in het contact met inwoners, ontwikkelaars, collega's en bestuur.
