Hiermee draag jij bij aan hoe onze gemeente er in de toekomst uit komt te zien Team Vergunningen en Planologie heeft ruimte voor een Adviseur huisvesting- en verhuurvergunningen [ 28u per week] Jouw uitdaging In deze functie voer je regie over de huisvestingvergunningen en verhuurvergunningen. Deze stem je af zo nodig af met de omgevingsvergunning voor een locatie. Hierbij ben je ook nauw betrokken met de collega's van toezicht en handhaving. - Je adviseert over het al dan niet vergunning plichtig zijn van de situatie rondom huisvesting, splitsing in appartementsrechten en verhuur van woningen en je beoordeelt initiatiefplannen en aanvragen van huisvestings- en verhuurvergunningen; - Je toetst de aanvraag inhoudelijk aan de Huisvestingsverordening Terneuzen 2026 en de Verhuurverordening gemeente Terneuzen; - Je onderhoudt contacten met de aanvragers en bedrijven en bent hun aanspreekpunt; - Je vraagt adviezen, zowel in- als extern en zorgt voor een integrale beoordeling van de uitgebrachte adviezen; Jouw team Je maakt deel uit van het team Vergunningen en Planologie, bestaande uit 27 collega's, verdeeld over de taakvelden Toezicht & Handhaving, APV/Bijzondere wetten, Planologie en Omgevingsvergunningen. Het team richt zich vooral op bouwen, wonen en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en werkt dagelijks aan het mogelijk maken van plannen binnen de kaders van de Omge...
