Onze klant is een vooraanstaand financieel advieskantoor dat gespecialiseerd is in het aanbieden van op maat gemaakte kredietoplossingen voor zowel particulieren als ondernemers. Met een sterke focus op klanttevredenheid en professionaliteit streven zij ernaar om hun cliënten te begeleiden bij het realiseren van hun financiële doelen. Ter versterking van hun dynamisch team zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Adviseur hypothecaire kredieten.

Functieomschrijving:

Als Kredietadviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel bestaande als potentiële klanten met betrekking tot kredietaanvragen. Je analyseert de financiële behoeften van de klant en biedt deskundig advies om hen te helpen bij het vinden van de meest geschikte kredietoplossing. Daarnaast beheer je proactief de bestaande klantenportefeuille en draag je bij aan de verdere uitbouw ervan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klantadvies: Begeleiden en adviseren van klanten bij hun kredietaanvragen, rekening houdend met hun specifieke situatie en behoeften.
  • Portefeuillebeheer: Actief onderhouden en uitbreiden van de huidige klantenportefeuille door het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
  • Samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met collega's om de dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren en gezamenlijke doelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Marktkennis: Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen de financiële sector en deze kennis toepassen in je adviesverlening.

Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een financiële of economische richting en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief: Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en stelt de klant steeds centraal in je aanpak.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht: Je kunt financiële situaties snel doorgronden en biedt passende oplossingen aan.
  • Proactief en leergierig: Je neemt initiatief, denkt in kansen en bent bereid om je continu verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
