Jouw rol Als adviseur informatieverwerking denk je mee om digitale werkprocessen te stroomlijnen en om te zorgen voor kwalitatief informatiebeheer. Ook adviseer je over bijvoorbeeld de inrichting van recordmanagementfunctionaliteiten en hoe we informatie uitstekend kunnen (terug)vinden. Daarnaast los je knelpunten op over vernietiging en migraties die zorgen voor betere duurzame toegankelijkheid. En verder: - Je adviseert het management zodat we de beleidskaders, richtlijnen en werkprocedures voor informatie- en archiefbeheer blijven naleven. - Je signaleert en analyseert knelpunten in de dienstverlening en adviseert het management daarover. - Je voert historisch onderzoek uit of begeleidt klanten bij de uitvoering ervan. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de archieven toegankelijk en op tijd openbaar zijn. - Je begeleidt de overbrenging van overheidsarchieven en particuliere archieven naar Archief Eemland. - Je geeft advies over de inrichting van het informatiebeheer in digitaliseringsprojecten, bij aanbestedingen van applicaties en in migratieprojecten. - Je regelt de vernietiging en overbrenging van analoge, digitale en hybride archieven. - Je voert updates en mutaties uit in i-Navigator/DSP beheer.
