Je stemt af, zoekt, beoordeelt en selecteert geschikte professionals, schakelt met leveranciers en aanvragers en zorgt voor een efficiënt en transparant inhuurproces. Je draagt bij aan het continu verbeteren van het inhuurproces en de hele inhuurketen en voert daarbij ook administratieve taken uit ter borging van het proces. Hoe jij bijdraagt Je helpt inhuur verder vorm te geven zodat het aansluit bij de ambities en de uitdagingen in de praktijk. Je signaleert op basis van beschikbare data kansen voor verbetering (bijvoorbeeld doorlooptijden, foutbronnen of knelpunten in de keten) en bespreekt deze actief in het team en met het regieteam. Je vertaalt signalen uit de business naar complete adviezen en presenteert inzichten zodanig dat ze leiden tot actie. Jouw werkzaamheden - Advies en bemensing: fungeren als dé adviseur voor de business bij tijdelijke capaciteit en bemensingsbehoeften. - Matching: afstemmen, zoeken, beoordelen en selecteren van passende kandidaten. - Procesverbetering: werken volgens lean-principes, deelnemen aan dagstarts en verbeterinitiatieven en stapsgewijs werkprocessen slimmer en klantgerichter maken. - Operationeel werk: plannen, prioriteren en waar nodig operationeel bijspringen om pieken weg te werken. - Administratie: uitvoeren van noodzakelijke administratieve taken ter borging van het inhuurproces. - Communicatie: helder afstemmen met collega's en stakeholders en presenteren van inzichten die tot actie leiden.
