Je werkt in een organisatie waar nog veel te ontdekken, verbeteren en ontwikkelen valt. Dat vraagt initiatief, nieuwsgierigheid en lef. Daar staat tegenover dat je veel ruimte krijgt om je eigen ideeën in te brengen en daadwerkelijk verschil te maken. Je hoeft daarbij geen doorgewinterde gemeentelijke inkoper te zijn. Wij investeren juist graag in iemand die potentie heeft, graag adviseert en energie krijgt van samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Je bent misschien niet de meest ervaren inkoper van Nederland. Maar jij bent wel iemand die makkelijk contact legt, kansen ziet en energie krijgt van het helpen van collega's. Als Inkoopadviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met inkoop en aanbestedingen te maken heeft. Je helpt collega's om hun opgaven slim, rechtmatig en doelgericht in de markt te zetten. Daarbij wacht je niet af tot iemand jou weet te vinden. Jij bent zichtbaar in de organisatie, loopt gemakkelijk bij collega's binnen en zoekt actief de samenwerking op. Je bent regelmatig te vinden op verschillende afdelingen binnen het gemeentehuis. Door dichtbij de business te zitten, begrijp je beter wat er speelt en kun je sneller en beter adviseren. Ook organiseer je laagdrempelige spreekuren waarin collega's terecht kunnen met hun vragen over inkooptrajecten, contracten en aanbestedingen.
