Functieprofiel De Vacature Voor een overheidsorganisatie in Utrecht zoekt Grippr Procurement een Adviseur Inkoop & Facilitair. De inzet is 16 uur per week. In deze zelfstandige opdracht zorg je ervoor dat inkoop, aanbestedingen en contractbeheer goed verankerd blijven binnen de organisatie. Je regisseert de bijbehorende processen, beheert facilitaire contracten en werkt samen met een externe inkooppartner. Daarnaast adviseer je het management en collega's over facilitaire vraagstukken en verbind je inkoop, bedrijfsvoering, huisvesting en facilitaire dienstverlening met elkaar. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig verbeteringen aan te brengen en de organisatie verder te helpen met professionele en praktische inkoop- en facilitaire processen. Functie-eisen Profiel: - Je hebt ervaring met inkoop, aanbestedingen en/of contractmanagement binnen een publieke of vergelijkbare organisatie. - Je hebt ervaring met facilitaire dienstverlening en het beheren van facilitaire contracten. - Je voelt je comfortabel in een coördinerende rol waarin je processen bewaakt, verbetert en helpt borgen. - Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren van management en collega's over inkoop- of facilitaire vraagstukken. - Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken en weet tegelijkertijd gemakkelijk verbinding te leggen met interne en externe betrokkenen. - Je hebt het liefst ervaring met huisvesting, bedrijfsvoering of een vergelijkbaar facilitair werkgebied.
