Adres: Amsterdam - Omschrijving Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar EPA-W inspecteurs/adviseurs. Op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in dienst of als zelfstandige? Bedrijfsomschrijving Onze opdrachtgever is een EPBD-gecertificeerd bedrijf en daardoor bevoegd om energielabels voor woningen (EPA-W) en voor bedrijfspanden (EPA-U) te mogen uitgeven conform de BRL 9500. Het bureau kent een informele werksfeer, waar veel samenwerking is tussen de medewerkers. De bedrijfscultuur kenmerkt zich door enthousiasme, creativiteit en klantgerichtheid. Functieomschrijving Als vastgoed inspecteur/adviseur ben je in staat gebouwen te beoordelen op de kwaliteit. De meest voorkomende werkzaamheden zullen o.a. zijn: gebouwkeuringen, specifieke bouwkundige onderzoeken, meerjaren onderhoudsbegrotingen (NEN 2767), opzichterswerk, energielabels (EPA-W en U) en maatwerkadviezen maken. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding MTS/HTS bouwkunde/installatie techniek. Je hebt interesse in een afwisselende baan als inspecteur/adviseur. Je kunt goed nauwkeurig werken, je bent communicatief vaardig en je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B. Werkervaring als inspecteur is een pre, evenals een certificaat voor: EPA-W en NTA-8025. Overige opleidingen/certificaten zijn zeer welkom: EPA-U, DIA, Brandveiligheid (WBDBO), RGD-BOEI, constructeur en/of bouwfysica.
