Adviseur Installaties en Duurzaamheid - Tijdelijk NUOVO Wil jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het technisch goed functioneren van 29 schoolgebouwen waar dagelijks meer dan 12.000 leerlingen onderwijs volgen? Bij NUOVO Scholen zoeken we een Adviseur Installaties en Duurzaamheid die het planmatig onderhoud van onze gebouwen organiseert, onderhoudspartners aanstuurt, het contractmanagement op zich neemt en zorgt dat onze scholen veilig, duurzaam en goed onderhouden blijven. Een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, technische inhoud én maatschappelijke impact. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Installaties en Duurzaamheid zorg jij ervoor dat het planmatig onderhoud van onze schoolgebouwen professioneel, gestructureerd en toekomstgericht wordt georganiseerd. Jij maakt samen met ons de stap naar een DMJOP en draagt zorg dat dit altijd actueel is en blijft NUOVO beschikt over 29 onderwijsgebouwen waar dagelijks meer dan 12.000 leerlingen onderwijs volgen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze gebouwen technisch goed blijven functioneren door onderhoud gestructureerd en planmatig te organiseren, werkzaamheden te coördineren en onderhoudspartijen aan te sturen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze onderhoudspartners en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed voorbereid, gepland, uitgevoerd en volgens afspraak opgeleverd worden. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en ervaring weet je precies waar je op moet letten en houd je partijen scherp op kwaliteit, planning en kosten. Hierbij trek je in voorkomende gevallen samen met Inkoop op daar waar het (Europese) aanbestedingen betreft. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, organisatie en uitvoering. Daarbij werk je onder andere samen met schoolleiders, inkoop, ICT en financiën. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Het organiseren en coördineren van (planmatig) onderhoud voor alle NUOVO-scholen.
