Over de functie Als HR-professional met focus op inzetbaarheid en voorkomen (en oplossen) van uitval als gevolg van ziekte ben je een inhoudelijk sterke en tegelijkertijd pragmatische sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van een preventieve inzetbaarheidscultuur. Je weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering, stimuleert eigenaarschap en vertaalt beleid naar zichtbaar gedrag en concrete resultaten in de praktijk. Wat je gaat doen - Adviseren en begeleiden van leidinggevenden in hun rol als casemanager bij complexe casuïstiek op het gebied van ziekteverzuim en inzetbaarheid. Je analyseert situaties en dossiers waarin medewerkers zijn uitgevallen als gevolg van ziekte en bepaalt passende vervolgstappen. - Bijdragen aan het ombuigen van een curatieve (oplossen van uitval) naar een preventieve focus (voorkomen van uitval). Je speelt hierin een actieve rol als veranderaar door leidinggevenden en teams mee te nemen in nieuw gedrag, bewustwording en eigenaarschap rondom duurzame inzetbaarheid. Daartoe adviseer je project- en beleidsmatig over vitaliteit, gezondheid, werkplezier en duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Samenwerken met in- en externe specialisten, zoals de arbodienst, bedrijfsarts, arbeidsdeskundigen en andere professionals binnen de providerboog en ook het UWV. - Zorgdragen voor inzicht en overzicht van taken en werkzaamheden op organisatieniveau die bijdragen aan de re-integratie van (langdurig) uitgevallen medewerkers. - Je weet duurzame gedrags- en cultuurverandering op gang te brengen door leidinggevenden te coachen, te inspireren en uit te dagen op hun rol in inzetbaarheid en verzuimpreventie. - Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van benodigde interventies (zoals trainingen aan leidinggevenden) die bijdragen aan een effectief inzetbaarheidsbeleid. - Ontwikkelen van trendanalyses en inzetbaarheidsrapportages....
