Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Wmo begeleid je klanten van advies tot aflevering van het juiste hulpmiddel. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met verschillende professionals.

• Je adviseert gemeenten over passende revalidatiehulpmiddelen

• Je bezoekt klanten thuis en brengt hun wensen en situatie in kaart

• Je zoekt samen met de klant naar een passende oplossing

• Je overlegt met ergotherapeuten en gemeentelijke consulenten

• Je begeleidt het traject van passing tot offerte en afhandeling

• Je bewaakt de voortgang en stemt af met de technische dienst

• Je levert hulpmiddelen af bij de eindgebruiker

Wat bieden wij? • Een salaris van € 3.500 tot € 4.972 bruto per maand op fulltime basis
