Jouw rol Als (juridisch) adviseur bij ons vervul je een brede, generalistische rol. Je bent hét juridische aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en schakelt dagelijks met collega's over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken. De focus ligt op adviseren, structureren en voorkomen van risico's; procederen is eerder uitzondering dan regel. Je werkzaamheden raken vrijwel alle relevante rechtsgebieden, met een nadruk op Ondernemingsrecht en Arbeidsrecht. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Advisering over en bewaking van wet- en regelgeving - Contractbeoordeling en -beheer (leveranciers, huur, samenwerking) - Ondersteuning bij ondernemingsrechtelijke vraagstukken, zoals juridische structuren, aandeelhouders- en bestuurszaken - Afhandeling van klachten, claims, disputen en vraagstukken van klanten - Meedenken over Governance, waaronder structuren rondom Bestuur en Raad van Commissarissen - Beheer en opvolging van verzekeringen op het gebied van Risk plus aandacht voor preventie Je werkt onder andere intensief samen met HR, Compliance en Risk. Binnen het juridische team pakken jullie vraagstukken gezamenlijk op en wordt kennis breed gedeeld, waarbij ieders achtergrond en expertise elkaar versterken. De focus ligt op inhoudelijke samenwerking en het gezamenlijk oplossen van complexe vraagstukken. Door werkzaamheden slimmer te organiseren en te standaardiseren waar dat kan, ontstaat er meer ruimte om je te richten op verdieping, advies en het oplossen van inhoudelijke casuïstiek.
