ft 32388 Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen leren, kennismanagement en de dagelijkse praktijk binnen een operationeel klantcontactcenter. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat opleidingstrajecten inhoudelijk sterk zijn, actueel blijven en goed aansluiten op de behoeften van medewerkers en stakeholders. Je werkt samen met vakexperts, opleiders, teamleiders en management om leerinterventies te ontwerpen, te verbeteren en duurzaam te borgen. Daarbij heb je steeds oog voor kwaliteit, toepasbaarheid en de transfer van leren naar de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen - Je coördineert en monitort vakinhoudelijke opleidingstrajecten binnen het KCC, van behoefteanalyse tot evaluatie en borging. - Je inventariseert leer- en ontwikkelbehoeften bij medewerkers, senioren, teamleiders en management en stemt deze af met betrokken stakeholders. - Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen in klantcontact, wet- en regelgeving, producten, processen, systemen en kennisbankinhoud naar nieuwe of aangepaste opleidingen en leerinterventies. - Je faciliteert de samenwerking tussen KCC, ODR-Office, vakexperts, kennismanagement en Kadaster Leren en Ontwikkelen. - Je zorgt dat opleidingen worden vastgelegd in het verstrekte template en voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits- en didactische eisen. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, actualiteit, samenhang en praktische toepasbaarheid van opleidingen, modules, opleidingsmateriaal en takenboeken. - Je initieert en coördineert verbeteringen op basis van evaluaties, kwaliteitsmetingen, klantfeedback en signalen uit de operationele KCC-praktijk. - Je formuleert voorstellen voor aanpassing van bestaand aanbod of ontwikkeling van nieuw opleidingsmateriaal en leermiddelen. - Je zorgt voor de daadwerkelijke en tijdige oplevering van nieuw en aangepast opleidingsmateriaal, in afstemming met inhoudelijke experts. - Je onderhoudt contact met opleiders, senior opleidingen KCC, kennismanagement, teamleiders en management. - Je organiseert en bewaakt een goede transfer van leren naar de praktijk,.
