Bij Edux ondersteunen we scholen en kinderopvangorganisaties met advies, begeleiding en scholing. Samen werken we aan duurzaam sterk onderwijs, waarbij de ontwikkeling van het jonge kind centraal staat. Jouw rol Als Adviseur Kleuterspecialist begeleid en adviseer je scholen bij vraagstukken rondom het jonge kind. Je ondersteunt leerkrachten, onderbouwteams en schoolleiders bij het versterken van de kwaliteit van het kleuteronderwijs en helpt hen om visie te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Kortom, jij: - adviseert en begeleidt scholen rondom het onderwijs aan jonge kinderen; - coacht leerkrachten en onderbouwteams in hun dagelijkse praktijk; - ondersteunt bij vraagstukken rondom spelend leren, observatie en ontwikkeling; - begeleidt scholen bij visieontwikkeling en de doorgaande lijn binnen de onderbouw; - ontwikkelt en verzorgt begeleidingstrajecten die aansluiten bij de behoeften van scholen; - draagt samen met collega's bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons aanbod voor het jonge kind. Je werkt zelfstandig aan trajecten, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team van trainers en adviseurs. Dit breng jij mee Je bent ondernemend, nieuwsgierig en maakt makkelijk verbinding. Daarnaast heb je: - hebt hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau en een onderwijsachtergrond; - hebt ruime ervaring in het kleuteronderwijs; - beschikt over actuele kennis van de ontwikkeling van het jonge kind; - kunt visie vertalen naar de dagelijkse onderwijspraktijk; - bent een sterke gesprekspartner en coach; - werkt z...
