In deze rol combineer je jouw financiële expertise met kennis van stedelijke ontwikkeling en draag je zichtbaar bij aan projecten die Nederland toekomstbestendig maken. Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een vooruitstrevende en multidisciplinaire organisatie binnen de civiele techniek en groeninrichting. Deze organisatie richt zich op hoogwaardige projecten in de openbare ruimte, zoals daktuinen, sportparken, stadspleinen en gebiedsontwikkelingen. Samenwerking met landschapsarchitecten, stedenbouwkundigen en technische projectteams staat centraal. Duurzaamheid, innovatie en kwaliteit vormen de basis van alle projecten, waarbij veel ruimte is voor eigen initiatief en professionele groei. Functie Als kostendeskundige en adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van projecten van de eerste kostenraming tot en met de definitieve prijsstelling. Je hebt een centrale rol binnen projectteams en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle kosten gerelateerde vraagstukken. Je bewaakt budgetten, kwaliteit en wensen van opdrachtgevers en zorgt voor transparantie in het gehele proces. Je denkt actief mee over ontwerpkeuzes, uitvoeringsmethoden en mogelijke alternatieven en adviseert over duurzame en efficiënte oplossingen. In samenwerking met ontwerpers en andere betrokkenen analyseer je risico's en onzekerheden, zodat opdrachtgevers goed onderbouwde beslissingen kunnen nemen. De projecten waaraan je werkt zijn divers en variëren van complexe daktuinen en sportaccommodaties tot grootschalige gebiedsontwikkelingen in stedelijke omgevingen.
