Onze klant is een zelfstandig bankkantoor binnen een vooraanstaande Belgische bank- en verzekeringsgroep die al meer dan 60 jaar actief is op de Belgische markt. Het filiaal in Zottegem biedt lokale klanten een breed scala aan financiële diensten, van bankrekeningen en leningen tot beleggingsadvies en verzekeringen.

Je komt terecht in een team van 5 collega's met elk hun specialisatie binnen bank, verzekeringen, kredieten en/of beleggingen. Om de groei van het kantoor te bewerkstelligen kijken ze op vandaag uit naar een nieuwe collega voor de tak kredieten.

Jobomschrijving

Als Adviseur Kredieten sta je in het kantoor te Zottegem klanten bij in het realiseren van hun financiële doelstellingen. Je adviseert over de beste financieringsmogelijkheden voor hun persoonlijk project, of dat nu de aankoop van een huis, wagen of andere zaken is.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder anderen uit:

  • Adviseren van klanten rond kredietoplossingen (consumentenkredieten, woonkredieten, …)
  • Analyseren van dossiers en inschatten van terugbetalingscapaciteit.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van kredietaanvragen.
  • Ondersteunen in het bredere bank- en verzekeringsaanbod.
  • Actief meedenken met klanten en inspelen op hun noden.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van langetermijnrelaties.
  • Zelfstandig opvolgen en afronden van dossiers.

Voor de functie van adviseur kredieten herken je je in volgende kenmerken:

  • Een afgeronde studie in een economische richting.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een PCP-Attest.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Enthousiaste teamspeler met een klantgerichte en correcte houding.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de kredieten is een groot pluspunt.
