Je komt terecht in een zelfstandig financieel kantoor in Ninove waar persoonlijk contact en een correcte opvolging centraal staan. Het team zoekt versterking van iemand die op een nuchtere manier werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en op termijn mee wil bouwen aan de verdere toekomst van het kantoor.

Jobomschrijving

Je focust voornamelijk op kredietverlening en krijgt een rol waarin klantcontact, analyse en commercieel inzicht samenkomen. Ervaring is een troef, maar vooral een nuchtere en professionele aanpak maakt het verschil.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun kredietaanvragen en brengt hun financiële situatie en behoeften in kaart.
  • Je analyseert dossiers en werkt kredietvoorstellen zorgvuldig uit.
  • Je volgt aanvragen op van het eerste gesprek tot de verdere afhandeling.
  • Je denkt mee over de meest geschikte financieringsoplossing.
  • Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het kantoor.
  • Je houdt je dossiers administratief volledig en up-to-date.
  • Je bouwt op termijn een sterke vertrouwensrelatie uit met je klanten.

We zoeken geen gladde verkoper, wel iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en op een rustige manier vertrouwen uitstraalt. Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met kredieten binnen de financiële sector.
  • Je beschikt idealiter over je PCP-attesten of bent bereid deze te behalen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je bent klantgericht, maar behoudt tegelijk een gezonde commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en durft een eigen mening te vormen.
  • Je bent ambitieus en ziet eventueel een verdere toekomst binnen het kantoor.
  • Je bent eerder down-to-earth dan uitbundig en voelt je goed in een professionele, no-nonsense omgeving.
  • Een goede kennis Frans is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt interesse in financiële producten en werkt vlot met digitale systemen.

Een eerste ervaring geniet de voorkeur. Toch staat het kantoor open voor een sterk profiel met de juiste capaciteiten en motivatie.
