Bij CTRL-F Finance creëren we dagelijks verbindingen tussen financiële professionals en uitdagende functies in diverse sectoren. Ons uitgebreide netwerk omvat verschillende kantoren, bedrijven, en bovenal talentvolle individuen door heel Vlaanderen. Onze aanpak is zowel professioneel als persoonlijk, volledig gericht op de kandidaat.

Onze klant is een groeiend bankkantoor met 2 vestigingen in Zwijndrecht en Antwerpen. Het kantoor telt vandaag 10 collega's maar om hun groei te blijven waarborgen, kijken ze uit naar een nieuwe collega. Je komt terecht in team waar collegialiteit hoog in het vaandel wordt gedragen, met een 'work hard, play hard'-mentaliteit, en gezellige activiteiten zoals een pintje pakken na de uren of samen gaan eten.

Jobomschrijving

Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven Adviseur Kredieten die ons groeiend team wil versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Je luistert actief naar de behoeften van de klant en stelt de juiste kredietoplossingen voor (hypotheken, consumentenkredieten, …).
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten en gaat voor een duurzaam partnership.
  • Je volgt nieuwe leads en bestaande klanten systematisch op, zonder opdringerig over te komen.
  • Je informeert klanten helder en transparant over voorwaarden, risico’s en voordelen van diverse kredietproducten.
  • Waar nodig help je een handje bij jouw collega's in de verzekeringen en beleggingen.

Onze klant zoekt een collega die de wereld van kredieten goed kent en bij voorkeur ook kennis heeft van verzekeringen en beleggingen. Hierbij hebben ze de volgende vereisten:

  • Een eerste werkervaring in kredieten, bij voorkeur in hypothecaire kredieten.
  • Een diploma in een economische richting is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke sociale vaardigheden met een klantgerichte en empathische aanpak.
  • Flexibiliteit en een positieve instelling die bijdraagt aan onze collegiale teamsfeer.
  • Je bent niet bang voor commerciële gesprekken en uitdagingen.
