Weet jij complexe zorgprocessen en data te vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen die écht effect hebben? En ben jij een stevige gesprekspartner die ook in lastige situaties een helder en onderbouwd advies geeft? Dan is deze rol als adviseur kwaliteit binnen Franciscus iets voor jou. De functie Als adviseur kwaliteit ben je een stevige en onafhankelijke sparringpartner voor management, directie en bestuur. Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van strategie en uitvoering en weet als geen ander hoe je kwaliteitsbeleid vertaalt naar concreet gedrag en aantoonbare verbeteringen in de praktijk. Je pakt regie, stelt scherpe vragen en spreekt collega's aan op verantwoordelijkheden wanneer dat nodig is. Je hebt een leidende rol in het signaleren, analyseren en verbeteren van kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg. Daarbij overzie je het geheel, leg je verbanden en stuur je actief op duurzame borging van verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • Je analyseert zorgprocessen op effectiviteit, risico's en naleving en vertaalt dit naar heldere adviezen en interventies. • Je voert audits en reviews uit en bent kritisch op de werking van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. • Je voert prospectieve risicoanalyses uit en begeleidt incidentenonderzoeken, waarbij je stuurt op grondige analyse en concrete verbetermaatregelen. • Je bent accounthouder kwaliteit voor een cluster en maakt onderdeel uit van een integraal adviesteam. • Je adviseert management en directie op tactisch en strategisch niveau en weet jouw adviezen overtuigend over te brengen. • Je bereidt en presenteert ziekenhuisbrede rapportages voor verschillende gremia, waaronder raad van bestuur, stafbestuur en toezichthouders. • Je volgt landel...
