Adviseur Kwaliteit en Informatie Kwaliteit van zorg gaat voor jou verder dan regels, processen en rapportages. Jij wilt begrijpen wat er achter de cijfers, signalen en incidenten schuilgaat en zet deze inzichten om in verbeteringen die er echt toe doen. Met jouw scherpe analytische blik, organisatiesensitiviteit en verbindende aanpak draag je bij aan een veilige, lerende organisatie waarin cliënten de best mogelijke zorg ontvangen en medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. Als Adviseur Kwaliteit en Informatie werk je op het snijvlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid, data en organisatieontwikkeling. Je adviseert, verbindt en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar concrete oplossingen. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het continu verbeteren van de zorg binnen. Team Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Kwaliteit, een betrokken en enthousiast team van ongeveer twintig professionals met verschillende expertises. We werken hybride, zoeken elkaar gemakkelijk op voor samenwerking of overleg en zetten ons gezamenlijk in voor het verbeteren en borgen van de kwaliteit van zorg. Daarnaast werk je voor de ontwikkeling van managementinformatie en het incidentmeldingsproces voor de eenheid Mens & Organisatie, samen met collega's kwaliteit, HR, vitaal en inzetbaar en leren en ontwikkelen. Zo maak jij het verschil De afdeling Kwaliteit ondersteunt en adviseert bij het sturen, leren en verbeteren en borgen van de kwaliteit van zorg. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat cliënten de best mogelijke ondersteuning ontvangen en medewerkers hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren. Als Adviseur Kwaliteit, Veiligheid houd jij je bezig met complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en managementinformatie. Je analyseert data, incidenten, trends en signalen uit de praktijk en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen en verbeterinitiatieven.
