Als adviseur kwaliteit bedrijfsvoering werk je in de vakgroep Bedrijfsvoering van het Bedrijfsbureau binnen het Domein Leefomgeving. De vakgroep is de tactische spil tussen strategie en uitvoering en houdt zich bezig met kwaliteitsverbetering van de bedrijfsvoering. We helpen teams om processen te verbeteren, nieuwe werkwijzen te borgen en domeinbrede opgaven overzichtelijk te maken. We doen dat adviserend en ondersteunend: we faciliteren, verbinden en zorgen dat de organisatie verder kan. Je komt in een kleine vakgroep samen met twee andere adviseurs. We werken nauw samen met teammanagers, teams van Leefomgeving en collega's uit andere domeinen (zoals informatiemanagement, financiën, juridische zaken, organisatieontwikkeling en communicatie). Je functie Jij zorgt dat verbeteren ook echt landt. Je brengt mensen bij elkaar, maakt afspraken concreet en helpt teams om stap voor stap beter te werken. Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar en je houdt het overzicht. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Je begeleidt verbetertrajecten in processen (bijvoorbeeld met Lean) en je helpt teams om te werken met PDCA: plannen, doen, checken en bijstellen. - Je organiseert en faciliteert samenwerking en kennisdeling. Je koppelt de juiste mensen aan elkaar en zorgt dat informatie helder wordt gedeeld (bijvoorbeeld via de maandelijkse nieuwsbrief). - Je helpt bij het borgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen, zoals nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en het gebruik van applicaties. Je zorgt voor draagvlak en duidelijke uitleg voor collega's. - Je werkt mee aan centrale sturing en inzicht: je helpt met het opzetten en onderhouden van overzichten, dashboards en de (jaar)p...
