Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie De adviseur krijgt de opdracht om vanuit L&O-perspectief een samenhangende leer- en ontwikkelaanpak voor data en AI te ontwikkelen. Daarbij moet in beeld worden gebracht welke kennis, vaardigheden en competenties medewerkers nodig hebben en hoe we dit kunnen vertalen naar een concreet en uitvoerbaar leerprogramma. De opdracht bestaat onder andere uit de volgende onderdelen: - In kaart brengen van de benodigde kennis, vaardigheden en competenties voor datagericht werken en het verantwoord toepassen van AI. - Ontwikkelen van een basisontwerp voor een organisatie brede leerlijn data en AI. - Uitwerken van verschillende leerniveaus die SV hanteert, basis, verdieping en expert. - Differentiëren naar verschillende doelgroepen, zoals concern breed, per domein, team en specifieke functies. - Bepalen welke leerinterventies hierbij passen, zoals trainingen, workshops, e-learnings en leren in de praktijk. - Selecteren, ontwikkelen en waar nodig inkopen van passend opleidingsaanbod. - Projectmatig uitwerken van de eerste stappen van ontwerp naar daadwerkelijke uitvoering en borging binnen de organisatie. We zoeken een ervaren L&O-adviseur die zelfstandig en in goede samenwerking met Programma Data gedreven Werken en AI een dergelijke ontwikkelopdracht kan trekken. Iemand die ervaring heeft met het ontwerpen en realiseren van leerprogramma's en die een brede organisatievraag kan vertalen naar concrete leerinterventies.
