Public Academy | Baarn Profiel. Jij zorgt dat onze opleidingen van begin tot eind kloppen Een docent die precies weet wat er wordt verwacht. Deelnemers die tijdig en persoonlijk worden geïnformeerd. Een opleidingsdag waarop de presentatie klaarstaat, de locatie is voorbereid en iedereen zich welkom voelt. En nieuwe deelnemers die dankzij een goed gesprek ontdekken welke opleiding bij hen past. Als Adviseur Leiderschapsprogramma's bij Public Academy breng jij al deze onderdelen samen. Je organiseert onze commissaris- en bestuurdersopleidingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het slagen van het volledige opleidingstraject: vanaf de eerste planning en deelnemerswerving tot en met de uitvoering en evaluatie. Je bent de vaste regisseur achter de schermen én het herkenbare aanspreekpunt voor deelnemers, docenten en relaties. Wat ga je doen? Onze opleidingen vinden meerdere keren per jaar plaats en bestaan uit verschillende opleidingsdagen. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen op het juiste moment weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Je houdt je onder meer bezig met: - het opstellen en bewaken van de jaarplanning van onze opleidingen - het plannen van opleidingsdagen en afstemmen van locaties - het benaderen en inplannen van docenten en gastsprekers - het maken van heldere draaiboeken en het bewaken van deadlines - het verzamelen, controleren en voorbereiden van presentaties en ander lesmateriaal - het tijdig en persoonlijk informeren van deelnemers - het verzorgen van een professionele en gastvrije uitvoering van iedere opleidingsdag - het beantwoorden van vragen van geïnteresseerden en deelnemers - het actief opvolgen van aanvragen en leads - het voeren van gesprekken met potentiële deelnemers en adviseren over de opleiding die bij hen past - het bijhouden van deelnemersinformatie en opleidingsadministratie - het evalueren van opleidingsdagen en vertalen van feedback naar verbeteringen Je voer...
