Als adviseur leren & ontwikkelen draag je direct bij aan de groei van medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de organisatie als geheel. Je pakt zelfstandig complexe vraagstukken op, adviseert met overtuiging en helpt onze plannen voor leiderschap en leren om te zetten in concrete impact. Vanaf dag één krijg je de ruimte om mee te bouwen én resultaten te realiseren. Wat ga je doen Als adviseur leren & ontwikkelen adviseer en ondersteun je leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij leer-, ontwikkel- en professionaliseringsvraagstukken. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de eerste opleidingsvraag: wat is het achterliggende ontwikkelvraagstuk, welk resultaat willen we bereiken en wat is daarvoor nodig? Wat ga je doen: - Leidinggevenden en medewerkers adviseren over leer- en ontwikkelvraagstukken en passende oplossingen ontwerpen. - Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en evaluatie van L&O-beleid en processen. - Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het leiderschapsprogramma, van ontwikkeling en organisatie tot uitvoering en borging. - Het meerjarenplan Leren & Ontwikkelen vertalen naar concrete projecten, activiteiten en resultaten. - Organisatiebrede leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten en projecten begeleiden. - Trends en ontwikkelingen binnen Leren & Ontwikkelen signaleren en toepassen binnen de organisatie. - Samenwerken met interne en externe partijen, zoals stakeholders, opleidingsinstituten en trainers. - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van leren en ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie.
