Geef medewerkers en leidinggevenden de ruimte om te groeien, ontwikkelen en hun talenten te benutten. Locatie: Nijmegen en Alverna Salaris: €4.157,20 - €6.171,02 Uren: 28 tot 32 uur per week Zet jij leren en ontwikkelen in beweging? De ouderenzorg verandert. Dat vraagt om nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden én om een andere kijk op leren, werken en ontwikkelen. Hoe zorgen we dat medewerkers hun talenten blijven ontwikkelen? Hoe maken we leren onderdeel van het dagelijks werk? En wat hebben leidinggevenden nodig om medewerkers en teams daarin goed te ondersteunen? Bij De Waalboog zien we leren en ontwikkelen als een onlosmakelijk onderdeel van het dagelijks werk. We bouwen daarbij voort op een sterke basis van opleiden, praktijkleren en vakbekwaamheid. Tegelijkertijd maken we, samen met regionale partners, de beweging naar meer skills-based werken en opleiden. We kiezen niet tussen diploma's en vaardigheden, maar brengen beide samen. De volgende stap is deze visie te vertalen naar een samenhangende leer- en ontwikkelagenda voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Als adviseur Leren en Ontwikkelen geef jij richting aan deze ontwikkeling en help je talent groeien en draag je bij aan de toekomst van de ouderenzorg. Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur Leren en Ontwikkelen ben je gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden, de manager P&O en het MT. Je adviseert over strategische leer- en ontwikkelvraagstukken en vertaalt de koers van De Waalboog naar duidelijke prioriteiten, ontwikkellijnen en organisatiebrede programma's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - vertalen van het strategisch opleidingsbeleid naar een samenhangende leer- en ontwikkelagenda voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden; - adviseren over strategische leer- en ontwikkelvraagstukke...
