We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - De benodigde kennis, vaardigheden en competenties voor datagericht werken en verantwoord AI-gebruik in kaart brengt - Een basisontwerp ontwikkelt voor een organisatiebrede leerlijn data en AI - De leerlijn uitwerkt op basis-, verdiepings- en expertniveau - Leerbehoeften vertaalt naar passende leertrajecten voor verschillende doelgroepen, zoals de hele organisatie, domeinen, teams en specifieke functies - Geschikte leerinterventies bepaalt, zoals trainingen, workshops, e-learnings en leren in de praktijk - Passend opleidingsaanbod selecteert, ontwikkelt en waar nodig inkoopt - De eerste stappen van ontwerp naar uitvoering en borging projectmatig uitwerkt, in samenwerking met het Programma Datagedreven Werken en AI Je begrijpt ontwikkelingen rond data en AI en weet deze vanuit leren en ontwikkelen te vertalen naar concrete leerbehoeften, zonder dat je een technisch AI-specialist bent.
