All About Work Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen 's-Hertogenbosch Over de functie Je gaat tijdelijk aan de slag binnen het team Leren, Ontwikkelen & Innoveren van het programma Menselijk Kapitaal. Je neemt het projectleiderschap over voor een nieuw leerplatform dat zich in de laatste fase van implementatie bevindt. Daarnaast ontwikkel je nieuwe online en maatwerk leertrajecten en adviseer je over leerstrategieën binnen de organisatie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin innovatie, digitalisering en mensgericht werken centraal staan. Daarbij schakel je veel met interne stakeholders en externe partners. Wat ga je doen - Je geeft leiding aan de implementatiefase van het nieuwe leerplatform, inclusief adoptie, monitoring en evaluatie. - Je ontwikkelt en organiseert online leertrajecten, eventueel in samenwerking met externe partners. - Je haalt leerbehoeften op bij collega's en leidinggevenden en vertaalt deze naar passende leeroplossingen. - Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers van het leerplatform, trainingen en opleidingen. - Je adviseert over leerstrategieën en de integratie van online leren in de organisatie. - Je werkt samen met het team en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van leren, ontwikkelen en innoveren binnen de provincie. Over jou - Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving waarin innovatie, digitalisering en mensgericht werken centraal staan. - Je schakelt snel, werkt zelfstandig en werkt tegelijkertijd goed samen in teamverband. - Je voelt je thuis in een context waarin ambtelijk samenspel en politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit belangrijk zijn. - Je bent beschikbaar om op maandag aanwezig te zijn in verband met structurele teamoverleggen. Eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding op het gebied van leren & ontwikkelen, onderwijskunde, HRD of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als adviseur leren & ontwikkelen, waarvan aantoonbaar ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van online leerprogr...
