Voor de Gemeente Veere is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Adviseur maatschappelijke ontwikkeling - aandachtsgebied jeugd & onderwijs voor 32 uur per week.

Onze organisatie telt ongeveer 300 medewerkers. Deze medewerkers zijn verdeeld over zes afdelingen; Bedrijfsvoering, Openbare Ruimte, Dienstverlening, Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling, Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling en Programma's & Projecten. Je toekomstige collega's ervaren korte lijnen binnen de gemeente Veere, een informele werksfeer, vrijheid, eigen verantwoordelijkheid en uitdaging in hun functie.

Team sociaal domein binnen de afdeling maatschappelijke ontwikkeling Opdracht

Je hebt een schakelfunctie tussen samenleving, maatschappelijke organisaties, beleid en uitvoering. Vanuit jouw rol werk je nauw samen binnen Zeeuws-brede samenwerkingsverbanden. In teamverband ben je binnen het cluster sociaal domein verantwoordelijk voor de beleidsterreinen onderwijs en jeugdbeleid. Je bent namens de gemeente Veere aanspreekpunt op het gebied van de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Sociaal domein/inkooporganisatie jeugdhulp Zeeland, het primair en voortgezet onderwijs, voor- en vroegschoolse educatie, het leerlingenvervoer, kinderopvang en volwasseneducatie. Uiteraard doe je dit niet alleen maar wordt je hierbij ondersteunt. Vanuit jouw rol faciliteer je het team toegang Wmo en Jeugd bij een optimale uitvoering van de Jeugdwet en de Wmo en de ontwikkeling van het Stevige Lokale Team (SLT). Uitgangspunt hierbij is (het belang van) de inwoner. Je kijkt verder dan alleen je eigen dossier en pakt zaken integraal aan. Je zoekt naar aansluiting bij andere beleidsterreinen en je bewaakt hierin de samenhang waarbij het preventieplan de gemeenschappelijke deler is op de afdeling.

De werkzaamheden maken integraal onderdeel uit van de reguliere bedrijfsvoering en worden verricht binnen de bestaande organisatiestructuur. De medewerker maakt deel uit van het team, neemt deel aan interne overleggen en werkt onder dagelijkse aansturing van
