Draai je je hand niet om voor het bedenken van een leuke campagne, maar adviseer je tegelijkertijd een Unitmanager over een lastige brief voor een locatie? Dan kijken we uit naar jouw sollicitatie! Je werkt daarvoor nauw samen met een Senior Adviseur Marketing & Communicatie met arbeidsmarktcommunicatie als aandachtsgebied, de Medewerkers Marketing & Communicatie en team Recruitment. Daarnaast krijg je veel variatie in je taken. De stafafdelingen van 2Samen en Dak zijn sinds 2026 geïntegreerd. Team Marketing & Communicatie werkt nog veel voor de oorspronkelijke labels, maar op steeds meer thema's overkoepelend. Met het team bekijken we welke taken nodig zijn, wie waar energie van krijgt en waar het logisch belegd kan worden. Uiteraard ga jij mee in deze (nieuwe) taakverdeling.
