Je helpt clustermanagers in Zoetermeer met communicatie en zichtbaarheid én werkt aan projecten voor heel Junis. Zo draag je eraan bij dat ons maatschappelijke verhaal zichtbaar en voelbaar is, voor collega's, ouders en in de wijk. De ene dag zet je je in voor een van onze locaties, de andere dag los je een vraagstuk op dat heel Junis raakt. In deze functie ligt een belangrijk accent op interne communicatie. - 32 uur - HBO - Alphen aan den Rijn Op je eigen wijs Elk kind ontwikkelt zich weer anders. Bij Junis is daar alle ruimte voor. Een geborgen omgeving waar kinderen zich vrijuit kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarom zeggen wij: doe het op je eigen wijs. En dat geldt ook voor jou als marketing- en communicatieprofessional. Jij bent nieuwsgierig, ziet kansen, stelt vragen en werkt graag met andere samen. Wat je gaat doen Als adviseur marketing en communicatie is geen dag hetzelfde. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze clustermanagers in Zoetermeer en adviseert en ondersteunt hen bij uiteenlopende communicatie en marketingvraagstukken van de locaties in hun wijk. Je maakt bijvoorbeeld een communicatieplan voor de opening van een nieuwe locatie of denk mee over het zichtbaar maken van Junis in de wijk. Jouw vaste werkplek is in Alphen aan den Rijn, maar je bezoekt ook regelmatig 'jouw' locaties. Een ander belangrijk onderdeel van de functie zijn de projecten op organisatieniveau. In dit geval met focus op interne communicatie. Denk aan het verbeteren van intranet en het bedenken van plannen en middelen om al onze collega's zo goed mogelijk te betrekken en bereiken. Daarbij bewaak je steeds de herkenbaarheid, de merkuitstraling en de werkgeversbelofte van Junis. Actief samenwerken en schakelen met andere afdelingen op ons servicebureau gaat jo...
