De komende jaren wordt gewerkt aan de verdere professionalisering van de medezeggenschap, het versterken van de samenwerking tussen de verschillende medezeggenschapsorganen, het vergroten van de zichtbaarheid van de OR en de voorbereiding op de OR-verkiezingen in 2028. Daarnaast loopt binnen het CAS (Centraal Ambtelijk Secretariaat) een traject gericht op de doorontwikkeling van de ondersteuning van de medezeggenschap. Voor deze ontwikkelingen is behoefte aan een ervaren en onafhankelijke adviseur die vanuit expertise op het gebied van medezeggenschap kan adviseren, spiegelen en begeleiden. De opdracht heeft als doel de kwaliteit, effectiviteit en toekomstbestendigheid van de medezeggenschap binnen de gemeente Groningen te versterken. De adviseur ondersteunt het Dagelijks Bestuur en de OR bij het ontwikkelen van een toekomstvisie, het verbeteren van samenwerking en communicatie en de voorbereiding op de OR-verkiezingen van 2028. Daarnaast levert de adviseur vanuit een onafhankelijke positie input voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de ondersteuning van de medezeggenschap. 1.
