Als Adviseur Mobiliteit ben jij de specialist die complexe mobiliteitsvraagstukken analyseert en vertaalt naar concrete, haalbare oplossingen. Je werkt aan diverse projecten waarbij je zowel strategisch adviseert als operationeel betrokken bent bij de uitvoering. Je combineert technische kennis met communicatieve vaardigheden om stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw visie. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines zoals verkeerskundigen, stedenbouwkundigen en data-analisten om tot integrale oplossingen te komen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het uitvoeren van verkeers- en mobiliteitsonderzoeken voor uiteenlopende projecten; - Het opstellen van mobiliteitsplannen en verkeersadviezen voor gemeenten en projectontwikkelaars; - Het analyseren van verkeersdata en het modelleren van verkeersstromen; - Het adviseren over duurzame mobiliteitsoplossingen zoals fietsinfrastructuur en openbaar vervoer; - Het begeleiden van participatietrajecten en het presenteren van bevindingen aan opdrachtgevers; - Het coördineren van multidisciplinaire projectteams en het bewaken van planning en budget; - Het bijdragen aan innovatieve concepten op het gebied van slimme mobiliteit en digitalisering.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. De organisatie biedt uitgebreide trainings- en opleidingsmogelijkheden, waaronder cursussen op het gebied van datagedreven mobiliteit, duurzame stedelijke ontwikkeling en projectmanagement. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld de functie van Senior Adviseur Mobiliteit of Projectleider Mobiliteit, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere projecten en teamaansturing. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in specifieke thema's zoals smart mobility, verkeersveiligheid of multimodale knooppunten.
