Een deel van ons werk doen we zelf, een ander deel organiseren we samen met of via onze samenwerkingspartners. Onze rollen zijn niet aan een afgebakend beleidsveld gebonden en kunnen veranderen afhankelijk van de opgave die we hebben. Dat maakt het werk interessant en afwisselend en stelt ons in staat snel te reageren op ontwikkelingen. Dit vraagt om collega's die verder kijken dan hun eigen takenpakket, flexibel zijn en gemakkelijk de samenwerking op zoeken. We werken met korte lijnen en verschillende clusters die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Binnen ieder cluster zorgt een coördinator voor afstemming, een goede taakverdeling en ondersteuning waar dat nodig is. Deze rol valt onder het cluster Beleid en Look en feel van het cluster Beleid en Ontwikkeling Binnen het cluster Beleid en Ontwikkeling werken we in de volle breedte aan beleidsontwikkeling en -advisering en vraagstukken met bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke impact voor Ommen. We kijken daarbij nadrukkelijk over de grenzen van ons eigen beleidsterrein heen. Onze visie hierbij is dat goede beleidsadvisering niet begint bij een beleidsstuk, maar bij de vraag: wat speelt er, wat willen we bereiken en wat is daarvoor nodig? We verbinden beleid met uitvoering, bestuur met praktijk en de gemeente met haar partners en samenleving. We steken daarvoor graag ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen. De opgave Er ligt een brede en regelmatig veranderende opgave rondom nieuwkomers, opvang en integratie. Zo geeft de gemeente uitvoering aan de wettelijke taakstelling voor de huisvesting van statushouder...
