Je richt je op intern- en extern stakeholdersmanagement, verkeersmanagement (waaronder SLOT-aanvragen) en communicatie (0800/publieksvragen, hindercommunicatie). Je creëert verbinding tussen projectteams (voorbereiding, uitvoering, nazorg) en de omgeving en vertaalt stakeholdersinzichten naar concrete projectresultaten. Verantwoordelijkheden - Zelfstandige begeleiding en aansturing van het omgevingsproces binnen het contract, met afweging van belangen van interne en externe stakeholders. - Begeleiden, toetsen en beoordelen van SLOT-aanvragen en vertalen van onderhoudsvragen naar uitvoeringswijze met bijpassende tijd-ruimte claims, verkeershinder en beheersmaatregelen. - Zorgdragen voor afstemming met overige wegbeheerders, hulpdiensten en andere relevante stakeholders. - Beoordelen en begeleiden van omgevingsmanagement- en verkeersmanagementprocessen en toetsing van OM-plan en VM-plan. - Uitvoeren van waarnemingen tijdens werkzaamheden en toetsen aan gemaakte afspraken en richtlijnen (o.a. CROW 96a). - Bijdragen aan het projectspecifieke risicodossier ten behoeve van SCB. Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Expertise in verkeersmanagement, inclusief kennis van SLOT-procedures. - Ervaring met omgevingsmanagementprocessen en stakeholderanalyse. - Communicatieve vaardigheden voor publieksvragen en hindercommunicatie (0800). - Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen binnen het omgevingsdomein. - Bekendheid met CROW 96a-richtlijnen en het vertalen van technische kaders naar praktische uitvoeringsmaatregelen. - Competentie in het ana...
