Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Adviseur Onderdelen & Accessoires voor onze klant in Pelt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de automotive sector en kwalitatieve naverkoop.

Jouw takenpakket als Adviseur Onderdelen & Accessoires bestaat uit:

  • Binnenkomende goederen uitladen en efficiënt in de stock verwerken.
  • Onderdelen bestellen, nauwkeurig verzamelen en klaarzetten voor afhaling of gebruik.
  • De techniekers en monteurs inhoudelijk ondersteunen en voorzien van de juiste wisselstukken.
  • Telefonische oproepen van klanten en leveranciers omtrent bestellingen professioneel beantwoorden.
  • Klanten en bezoekers vriendelijk ontvangen aan de balie.
  • De administratieve verwerking opvolgen van alle inkopen, verkopen, toewijzingen en retours.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, schone en veilige werkomgeving in het magazijn.

Profiel

Als Adviseur Onderdelen & Accessoires herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Een uitgesproken passie voor en sterke affiniteit met de automotive sector.
  • Een vlotte teamplayer die flexibel bijspringt waar nodig (zoals bij de collega-magazijniers of op de carrosserieafdeling).
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en de drive om alle dossiers vlekkeloos af te handelen.
  • Goede pc-kennis en de kunde om vlot met nieuwe software te werken.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel richting klanten als collega's.
  • Een stressbestendige, klantgerichte en flexibele werkhouding.
