Voor ons BNP Paribas Fortis-kantoor te Antwerpen-Zuid zoeken we een Business Banker / Adviseur Ondernemingen die het vaste aanspreekpunt wordt voor onze professionele klanten. Je begeleidt vennootschappen, zelfstandigen en vrije beroepen bij hun financiële vraagstukken en bouwt met hen een vertrouwensrelatie op lange termijn uit.

Concreet:

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van professionele klanten:
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit en onderhoudt proactief contact met je klanten.
  • Je brengt tijdens persoonlijke adviesgesprekken de financiële situatie, behoeften en toekomstplannen van je klanten in kaart.
  • Je adviseert over een breed gamma aan financiële oplossingen, waaronder professionele kredieten, investeringen, dagelijks bankieren, betalingsverkeer, verzekeringen en pensioenopbouw.
  • Je begeleidt klanten zowel vanuit het kantoor als bij de klant ter plaatse, via videocall of telefonisch.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen op maat van de klant.

Daarbij kan je onder meer een beroep doen op specialisten inzake beleggingen, verzekeringen, Private Banking, leasing, Arval, vastgoedfinanciering, factoring, digitalisering, betalingsverkeer, subsidies en fiscaliteit.

Je staat er dus niet alleen voor: jij bewaakt de globale klantenrelatie en brengt de juiste expertise samen om je klant een totaaloplossing te bieden.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met financiële ervaring, commerciële feeling en de ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen Business Banking.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de financiële sector, bankwereld of verzekeringen.
  • Ervaring met professionele klanten of Business Banking is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je hebt interesse in ondernemingen en wilt je verder verdiepen in onder meer kredietverlening, financiële analyse en professionele adviesverlening.
  • Je bent klantgericht én resultaatgericht.
  • Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en kan de werkelijke behoefte achter een klantvraag identificeren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan financiële materie op een heldere en begrijpelijke manier toelichten.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en organiseert je eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om langdurige professionele relaties op te bouwen.
