Als adviseur onderwijs bij het Gezondheid & Welzijn College (G&W) van Zadkine begeleid je teams bij onderwijsontwikkeling en help je hen om steeds een volgende stap te zetten. Je adviseert, denkt mee en werkt actief mee aan vraagstukken die bijdragen aan beter onderwijs. Met jouw kennis, advies en actieve aanpak help je teams om onderwijsontwikkeling concreet te maken en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Je werkt daarbij samen met collega’s binnen een team waar verbinding, groei en humor belangrijk zijn. Wat ga je doen Als onderwijsadviseur help je de onderwijsteams van het college Gezondheid & Welzijn (G&W) om het onderwijs verder te ontwikkelen en verbeteren. Je werkt vanuit twee rollen die elkaar aanvullen. Contactpersoon Als contactpersoon voor één van de locaties ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onderwijskundige vraagstukken. Je adviseert onderwijsteams gevraagd en ongevraagd en zorgt voor een goede verbinding tussen de onderwijspraktijk en de staf. Je werkt praktisch en hands-

mee en helpt teams om steeds zelfstandiger aan de slag te gaan. Expert op jouw eigen vakgebied Daarnaast ben je expert op jouw eigen vakgebied. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het mbo, zoals nieuwe kwalificatiedossiers en onderwijsinnovaties, en vertaalt deze naar de praktijk. Je werkt vraag- en aanbodgericht aan concrete vraagstukken, denkt mee over verschillende scenario’s en neemt het initiatief om verbeteringen in gang te zetten. Daarbij verbind je het management, opleidingsmanagers, kerndocenten en de staf. De komende tijd lever je in ieder geval een bijdrage aan: de programmalijn Beter leren leren; de programmalijn Studiesucces in de lift; de programmalijn Modulair & flexibel onderwijs. Ook BPV en internationalisering vallen onder jouw aandachtsgebied. Je bent voor het college het aanspreekpunt en vertaalt ontwikkelingen en afspraken op Zadkinebreed niveau naar de onderwijspraktijk van G&W. Je verstevigt als adviseur de positie van het team onderwijsadviseurs en bent in staat met het overdragen van jouw kennis om de teams verder te professionaliseren. En verder… Je adviseert op duurzame wijze zowel strategisch, tactisch als operationeel de directie, MT en de opleidingen op het gebied van onderwijsontwikkeling en begeleidt hen naar de volgende stap; Je ondersteunt de opleidingsmanagers en kerndocenten en levert daarbij zelf ook een actieve bijdrage, zoals bij het ontwikkelen van een grof ontwerp en fijn ontwerp; Je brengt nieuwe kennis zowel binnen als buiten het team onderwijsadviseurs; Je jaagt procesverbeteringen aan en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden doorgevoerd; Je zoekt actief verbinding met andere afdelingen binnen Zadkine om onderwijsontwikkeling te versterken; Je organiseert en begeleidt studiedagen en sessies uit onze strategische cyclus met het MT, onderwijsteams en kerndocenten; Je neemt deel aan de portefeuille Onderwijs en draagt vanuit jouw expertise bij aan gezamenlijke onderwijsontwikkelingen.
