All About Work Adviseur Openbare Orde en Veiligheid, Integraal Veiligheidsplan Nieuwerkerk Aan Den IJssel Over de functie ci SRQ130009 Je werkt aan een strategisch en maatschappelijk relevant veiligheidsvraagstuk binnen een dynamische gemeentelijke omgeving. In deze opdracht ontwikkel en stel je het Integraal Veiligheidsplan 2027-2031 op en draag je bij aan de verdere koers van het lokale veiligheidsbeleid. Je brengt analyses, belangen en input van uiteenlopende stakeholders samen tot een concreet en gedragen plan. Daarnaast kun je, waar dit bijdraagt aan de hoofdopdracht, ondersteuning bieden bij actuele vraagstukken op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid. Je beweegt je makkelijk binnen een bestuurlijke context en weet zelfstandig een complex traject van begin tot eind te organiseren. Daarbij houd je oog voor samenhang tussen veiligheid, leefbaarheid en de verbinding met het sociale, fysieke en zorgdomein. Je vertaalt informatie en inzichten naar heldere prioriteiten, doelstellingen en een uitvoerbare aanpak. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt en stelt het Integraal Veiligheidsplan 2027-2031 op. - Je organiseert en voert het proces uit dat nodig is om tot een gedragen IVP te komen. - Je verzamelt en analyseert beschikbare informatie, relevante databronnen en bestaande analyses. - Je haalt input op bij interne en externe stakeholders en verwerkt deze in het uiteindelijke plan. - Je stemt af met partners zoals politie, Openbaar Ministerie, veiligheidsregio, zorginstellingen en maatschappelijke organisaties. - Je betrekt waar nodig inwoners en ondernemers bij het proces. - Je begeleidt interviews, werksessies en bestuurlijke afstemming als onderdeel van de opdracht. - Je vertaalt prioriteiten naar concrete doelstellingen, een passende aanpak en duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden. - Je ondersteunt aanvullend bij vraagstukken en incidenten op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid wanneer dit bijdraagt aan de uitvoering van de ...
