Als Adviseur Operations (Krijgsmachttaken) houd jij je bezig met vraagstukken die direct raken aan de militaire inzet van Nederland. Van NAVO-ontwikkelingen en internationale operaties tot de samenwerking met andere krijgsmachtdelen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin jouw inzichten bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en uitvoering van militaire taken. Als Adviseur Operations (Krijgsmachttaken) volg je ontwikkelingen binnen Defensie en het internationale veiligheidsdomein. Je onderzoekt wat deze betekenen voor de taken en inzet van de Koninklijke Marechaussee (KMar) en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar concrete voorstellen. Daarbij schakel je tussen beleid en praktijk en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen en buiten de Marechaussee. - Analyseren van ontwikkelingen binnen de krijgsmacht en adviseren over de gevolgen voor de KMar. - Opstellen van adviesrapporten en nota's ter ondersteuning van de besluitvorming binnen het Landelijk Tactisch Commando (LTC). - Adviseren op tactisch niveau over de rol en inzet van de Marechaussee bij nationale en internationale militaire operaties. - Prioriteren en coördineren van dossiers, optreden als dossierhouder bij omvangrijke vraagstukken en voorzitten van multidisciplinaire overleggen. - Onderzoeken van vraagstukken rondom Host Nation Support (HNS) en Homeland Defence (HLD) en de betekenis daarvan voor de KMar. - Volgen van NAVO-ontwikkelingen en vertalen hiervan naar mogelijke gevolgen voor de taken, verantwo...
