Als Adviseur Planning & Control ondersteun je de gemeente Dordrecht op het brede terrein van financiële advisering. Jij bent dé verbindende schakel tussen verschillende organisatieonderdelen en de sparringpartner van het management. Dit betekent dat je weet wat er speelt in het netwerk en ook proactief informeert over risicofactoren rondom financiële aspecten. Je geeft advies over de mogelijkheden en onmogelijkheden binnen de bestaande wet- en regelgeving en de gemeentelijke kaders en richtlijnen. Daarnaast heb je een rol in de bestuurlijke Planning & Control cyclus. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het management en de budgethouders van de organisatieonderdelen die onder jouw verantwoording vallen. Je geeft uitvoering aan de financiële advisering op bestuurlijke voorstellen, ontwikkelingen en bijdragen aan de planning & Control cyclus.
