De productiedienst is het interne aanspreekpunt voor onze makelaars en klanten.

Hier informeren wij hen over de te volgen procedures betreffende het onderschrijven of aanpassen van contracten. Wij analyseren de inkomende vragen van klanten en makelaars in functie van hun behoeftes. Wij treden op als adviseur voor onze makelaar, die ons bevoorrechte en exclusieve distributiekanaal zijn.

Wij engageren ons de makelaar en klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Jouw speeltuin:

  • Als interne aanspreekpunt voor onze makelaars en klanten informeer je hen over de te volgen procedures betreffende het onderschrijven of aanpassen van contracten
  • Na een correcte analyse van de inkomende vragen adviseer je klanten en makelaars in functie van hun behoeftes
  • Je beheert de nieuwe en lopende contracten
  • Je informeert makelaars betreffende de boekhoudkundige bewegingen in de contracten
  • Je beheert de productierekeningen van onze makelaars

Dit kan je aanvinken

  • Je behaalde een bachelor diploma of bezit de nodige ervaring.
  • We verwachten geen tweetaligheid maar je voelt je wel op jouw gemak in de andere landstaal.
  • Ons wereldje boeit jou! Jouw verzekeringspolissen heb je idealiter grondig gelezen.
  • Eerste stappen in de verzekeringssector of boekhouding? Dat geeft je een streepje voor!
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en service bieden zijn voor jou een evidentie.
  • Telefonische contacten schrikken jou niet af.
  • Je kan je snel aanpassen aan nieuwe situaties en leert graag bij.
  • Je werkt met gemak zelfstandig en proactief maar je bent ook wel een groepsbeest.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en altijd de juiste prioriteiten: zo word je door anderen beschreven.
  • Ontvangen en geven van feedback geeft jou energie.
  • Een kritische maar steeds constructieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn maar je weet efficiënt om te gaan met computerapps.
