Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek. Zeker als je wilt werken voor een gemeente in beweging: met stedelijke ambities en lef om te vernieuwen, met dorpen waar mensen naar elkaar omkijken. In Oss staan we nooit stil en gaan we aan de slag. Groot denken, gewoon doen. Er is altijd iets te ontdekken en te ontwikkelen. Oss is bijzonder. Hier komt alles samen. Dit ga je doen Als Procesadviseur kijk je samen met collega's naar hoe werkzaamheden binnen de gemeente zijn georganiseerd en waar kansen liggen om deze te verbeteren. Je analyseert werkprocessen, brengt knelpunten in beeld en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete voorstellen voor procesverbetering, digitalisering en automatisering. Daarbij richt je je op duidelijkere werkwijzen, minder handmatige handelingen en een betere dienstverlening. Je werkt aan de uitvoering van de Integrale Digitaliseringsstrategie. Je begeleidt werksessies waarin collega's samen processen analyseren en verbeterkansen verkennen. Je adviseert proceseigenaren, leidinggevenden en teams over de inrichting van werkprocessen en begeleidt veranderingen in de praktijk. Ook onderzoek je waar de inzet van digitalisering, AI en RPA meerwaarde kan bieden en hoe deze toepassingen effectief kunnen worden ingezet.
