In het kort: Je gaat als strategisch adviseur en procesregisseur de ontwikkeling van de TEC Campus Suikerzijde sturen, partners verbinden, huisvestings- en campusstrategie uitwerken en toewerken naar een haalbare campuspropositie en besluitvorming. Inleiding & Achtergrond Gemeente Groningen zoekt per direct een Adviseur & Procesregisseur voor de TEC Campus Suikerzijde. Deze rol omvat het begeleiden van de initiatief- en definitiefase tot uiterlijk 31 december 2027 om te komen tot een haalbare campuspropositie en een getekende intentieovereenkomst. De adviseur fungeert als sparringpartner voor de gemeente Groningen, BV Suikerzijde en DNA (DC Terra, Noorderpoort en Alfa College), en regisseert de transitie van de grondstoffenhubs naar een overkoepelende campusorganisatie. Het Akkoord van Groningen en het ministerie van OCW zijn opdrachtgever van het Masterplan Campussen. Per 2027 wordt dit masterplan onderdeel van de Economische agenda Nij Begun. Binnen het werkgebied van Nij Begun zijn tot op heden 8 locaties aangewezen waar vanuit het Masterplan ingezet wordt op campusontwikkeling. Vijf van deze locaties liggen binnen de gemeente Groningen: - Zernike campus - Healthy Ageing Campus (HAC) - ICT Campus Niemeijer - TEC Campus Suikerzijde (deze opdracht) - Vitaliteitscampus Kardinge Vanuit het Masterplan Campussen wordt per september 2026 een overkoepelend campus-ondersteuningsteam ingericht om deze 8 campusinitiatieven te ondersteunen op drie werklijnen: talent (onderwijscurriculum, aansluiting onderwijs-arbeidsmarkt), programma (ecosysteemontwikkeling en innovatie) en vastgoed/ruimte. Als gemeente hebben we een belang bij campusontwikkeling op de thema’s Techniek, Energie en Circulariteit en inpassing daarvan in de gebiedsontwikkeling Suikerzijde. We willen onze gemeentelijke beleidsdoelen op TEC geborgd zien in de gebieds- en campusontwikkeling. TEC Campus De TEC Campus Suikerzijde richt zich specifiek op de thema’s Techniek, Energie en Circulaire economie. De camp.
