Adviseur Processen Klant Interactie Services Je werkt aan dienstverlening die dagelijks door klanten wordt gebruikt en hebt de ruimte om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk van idee naar realisatie te brengen. Als Adviseur Processen Klant Interactie Services werk je aan de optimale klantbeleving, zonder zelf klantcontact te hebben. Je denkt en handelt vanuit het perspectief van de klant en zorgt ervoor dat processen, systemen en dienstverlening naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen verschillende interne stakeholders en adviseert over veranderingen, verbeteringen en prioriteiten binnen het klantdomein. Zo draag je direct bij aan betrouwbare, toegankelijke en toekomstbestendige dienstverlening. Vanwege de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening breiden we het team uit en zoeken we een nieuwe collega die samen met ons de volgende stap zet. Wat ga je doen? Je bevindt je in het hart van onze veranderopgave. Je denkt mee in projecten, adviseert over verbeterinitiatieven en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar concrete verbeteringen in processen en systemen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen techniek of procesbeschrijvingen. Je onderzoekt wat veranderingen betekenen voor klanten, collega's en de organisatie als geheel. Je ziet kansen om dienstverlening slimmer, efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker te maken en helpt deze kansen daadwerkelijk te realiseren.
