Heb je feeling met ondernemers en combineer je financieel inzicht graag met commercieel klantencontact? Als Adviseur Professionals beheer je een eigen portefeuille van zelfstandigen, starters en ondernemers. Je adviseert hen over hun professionele én privévermogen en denkt mee over kredieten en financiële oplossingen op langere termijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt vanuit een kantoor in Noord West Vlaanderen, waarbij de locatie zoveel mogelijk wordt afgestemd op je woonplaats. Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten en bouwt die relatie verder uit.

• Je beheert proactief een portefeuille van zakelijke klanten

• Je begeleidt starters, zelfstandigen en ondernemers bij financiële vraagstukken

• Je bekijkt zowel de professionele als de persoonlijke financiële situatie van je klant

• Je geeft advies over professionele kredieten

• Je helpt klanten hun professionele en privévermogen te structureren

• Je bouwt een langetermijnrelatie op en volgt je klanten actief op

• Je legt nieuwe contacten en breidt je professioneel netwerk verder uit

• Je gebruikt digitale toepassingen om dossiers en klanten efficiënt op te volgen

• Je werkt samen met collega's en andere financiële specialisten wanneer een dossier extra expertise vraagt

Het gaat dus niet alleen om financiële producten aanbieden. Je leert de onderneming en situatie van je klant kennen en vertaalt die informatie naar onderbouwd financieel advies.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs of relevante ervaring met het beheren van een zakelijke klantenportefeuille

• Je hebt interesse in ondernemers, financiële dienstverlening en vermogensadvies

• Je communiceert vlot en bouwt graag professionele relaties op

• Je blijft rustig bij vragen of klachten en komt gemaakte afspraken na

• Je werkt graag samen en vindt het natuurlijk om een netwerk uit te bouwen

• Je kunt vlot overweg met digitale toepassingen

• Je kunt klanten en dossiers professioneel in het Nederlands begeleiden

• Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
