Onze klant is een zelfstandig bank- en verzekeringskantoor in Zwevegem. Op dit moment zijn ze met een team van 13 enthousiaste collega's op zoek naar de 14de collega. Je komt terecht in een hechte werkomgeving, waar samenwerking en communicatie centraal staan. Hun aanpak? Geen harde verkoop, maar échte klantgerichtheid. Jouw functie als Adviseur Professioneel Cliënteel Als Adviseur Professioneel Cliënteel ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zelfstandigen, starters en kleine KMO’s. Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten en denkt met hen mee over hun dagelijkse en toekomstige financiële behoeften.

Je begeleidt hen bij het dagelijks beheer van hun rekeningen, betaalverkeer, bankkaarten en digitale kanalen, maar gaat ook verder dan dat. Je brengt hun financieringsbehoeften in kaart en adviseert hen bijvoorbeeld bij investeringskredieten, kredieten op afbetaling of andere professionele financieringen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opbouwt, breid je jouw expertise verder uit naar oplossingen binnen de tweede pijler, zoals VAPZ en IPT. Ook de privébehoeften van de ondernemer verlies je daarbij niet uit het oog, bijvoorbeeld wanneer er een woonkrediet aan bod komt.

Voor specifieke verzekeringsvragen werk je nauw samen met de gespecialiseerde collega’s binnen het kantoor. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en de nodige begeleiding om je stap voor stap te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor professioneel cliënteel.

  • Je hebt een opleiding in Financiën & Verzekeringen, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en weet het overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer je verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met zelfstandigen, starters en ondernemers en vindt het interessant om hun leefwereld te leren kennen.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must. Starter? Waag je kans!
