Adviseur Programmasturing (data & financiën) Roosendaal Over de functie SRQ175544 Je werkt als Adviseur Programmasturing aan een maatschappelijk relevant programma binnen het Nationaal Programma Roosendaal. In deze rol breng je data, financiën en voortgang samen tot bruikbare stuurinformatie voor collega's en partners. Je helpt om beter onderbouwde keuzes te maken over inzet, middelen, resultaten en impact in de focuswijken. Je beweegt je in een complexe omgeving met verschillende lokale en landelijke samenwerkingspartners. Daarbij maak je zichtbaar waar kansen, risico's en bijstuurmogelijkheden liggen. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt en verbetert dashboards, rapportages en overzichten. - Je maakt budgetten per opgave, wijk of interventie inzichtelijk. - Je brengt data uit verschillende financiële en inhoudelijke bronnen samen. - Je werkt met collega's en partners in Roosendaal, andere NPLV-gebieden en het ministerie aan de duiding van programmalijnen. - Je signaleert afwijkingen, trends en risico's. - Je vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten en concrete handelingsopties. - Je maakt zichtbaar wat inzet en middelen opleveren aan resultaat en effect in de praktijk. - Je levert input voor voortgangsrapportages en verantwoordingsmomenten op Rijksniveau, lokaal niveau en op programmaonderdelen. - Je helpt collega's en partners scherper te sturen op doelen, resultaten en impact. - Je denkt mee over hoe impact beter meetbaar kan worden gemaakt.
