Doel van de functie Verantwoordelijk voor de planning, fasering en het risicomanagement van het programma en ondersteuning van projectleiders bij de beheersing van deelprojecten. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Projectfasering en planning: opstellen en actualiseren van projectfaseringen, projectplanning en deelplanningen; samen met projectleiders en vakspecialisten optimaliseren en bijstellen van planningen. - Voortgangscontrole: proactief adviseren over voortgang en resultaten; bewaken van mijlpalen, contractuele afspraken, cruciale relaties en randvoorwaardelijkheden. - Risicomanagement: organiseren en begeleiden van reguliere risicosessies; opstellen en bewaken van het risicodossier; actief sturen op beheersmaatregelen. - Rapportage en communicatie: opstellen van (voortgangs-)rapportages; bijdragen aan heldere communicatie van de integrale planning richting bestuur, inwoners en andere stakeholders. - Coördinatie en voorzitterschap: coördinatie van de werkgroep projectbeheersing & financiën; actief deelnemen aan het programmateamoverleg; voorzitten van het coördinatieoverleg. Overige inzet Naast de hoofdopdracht voor het Stationsgebied word je ook ingezet als adviseur voor andere projecten binnen Team Projecten (bijv. risico-analyses, voortgangsrapportages en planningen).
